The Detox Water Recipe


Ingredients:


0.5 - 1 L of Tap Water

1 teaspoon of Honey (preferably Manuka)

1 teaspoon of (Raw) Apple Cider Vinegar

a small pinch of Baking Soda (Natron)

Juice of 1 Lemon (including some fruit pulp)

A few Fresh Mint Leaves




Instructions:

Add all ingredients into a glass bottle or jar and stir gently. Allow it to rest for a few minutes so the ingredients can combine. Drink throughout the day.
