Please note that all shipping times are estimated and may vary due to production schedules, postal delays, or customs clearance. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

OMMIA Organic Skincare
Our skincare products are handcrafted in small batches by our artisan partner OMMIA in Romania.
Please allow the following timeframes:
⊙ Production time: 2–4 business days
⊙ Estimated delivery: approx. 4 business days after production (varies by location)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Apparel & Accessories
(T-Shirts, Hoodies, Phone Cases)
These items are printed on demand by our trusted production partner Printful, crafted just for you after you place your order.
Estimated timeframes:
⊙ Production time: 2–7 business days
⊙ Delivery: 5–10 business days after production (depending on your region)
You will receive a tracking link via email once your item has shipped.
Shipping regions: Most countries worldwide are supported, with a few exceptions (e.g. South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore for certain items).
Customs & duties: International orders may incur customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Our artworks are shipped within 3–7 business days with love and care.
Free shipping is included. Each piece is wrapped and packaged mindfully to ensure it arrives safely.
Returns & Refund Policy
We are committed to fairness and transparency while honoring the nature of each creation. Return eligibility depends on the item type.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare items.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
⊙ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the product is faulty).
⊙ Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition to qualify for a return.

Apparel & Accessories
Because every item is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of mind. Please check sizing carefully before placing your order.

If your product arrives with a production error or defect (e.g. misprint, damage), please reach out within 7 days of delivery with:

Digital Products
All digital items (e.g. eBooks, downloads, audio files) are non-refundable.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that the download begins immediately and waive your right of withdrawal.

heART Works
Our art is one-of-a-kind. As such, returns are not accepted unless the piece arrives damaged.
If your artwork is damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 days with:

⊙ Clear photos of the damage

We will gladly issue a replacement or refund, and work with you to make it right. Return shipping for damaged items will be covered by us.

Right Of Withdrawl (EU Customers)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, unless the item is excluded (see non-returnable items).

To exercise this right, contact us at presence@eclipsomail.com within the withdrawal period.
We will issue a full refund once the item is returned in original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
